Commercial mildew remover for facilities

Clorox 35600CT Tilex Mildew Remover is a commercial-grade disinfectant spray designed for offices, healthcare environments, lodging and other facilities where moisture encourages mold growth. It is formulated to eliminate 99.9% of mold and germs on contact without requiring manual scrubbing. The product is sold as a carton of nine 32 oz Smart Tube spray bottles for high-volume use.

Carton capacity and surface coverage

Each carton provides nine 32 oz bottles equipped with Smart Tube technology to ensure full liquid dispensing. The bleach-based formula whitens tile and grout while dissolving soap scum on kitchen and restroom surfaces. It handles routine disinfection and stain removal in commercial settings but is not intended for buyers who need a concentrate for dilution systems or a non-bleach alternative for sensitive materials.

Bleach-based spray limitations

The ready-to-use spray relies on a sodium hypochlorite solution that requires adequate ventilation during application and must not be mixed with ammonia or acidic cleaners. It is designed for hard, non-porous surfaces where moisture builds up and is not suitable for porous materials, fabrics or food-contact surfaces without a thorough rinse. The Smart Tube sprayer empties the bottle completely, reducing waste from the 32 oz volume.
