Clover 1012 2K Indoor Camera Pair

This two-pack of Clover 1012 indoor cameras delivers 2K video capture for monitoring pets, babies, or rooms. Each unit connects via dual-band 2.4 and 5 GHz WiFi and includes Bluetooth for setup. AI event detection distinguishes people and pets, sending instant alerts and enabling smart search by keyword. Color night vision and two-way audio provide clear interaction day or night. Power is supplied by a corded electric connection.

Ideal for multi-room home monitoring

Households that want simultaneous coverage in two areas benefit from the paired cameras and app-based control. The AI-driven alerts suit owners who need to know about specific activity such as pets on counters or people entering a room. Buyers who require outdoor-rated hardware, battery-powered placement, or completely local storage without a subscription should consider other options. The cameras are designed for indoor, humidity-resistant use only.

Fits a wireless smart-home build

Each camera needs a nearby power outlet and a 2.4 or 5 GHz WiFi network; Bluetooth assists initial pairing. Footage can be stored on a microSD card (not included) or in the cloud via the app, freeing you from a dedicated recorder. U.S.-based servers handle video processing for lower latency. The 20-foot dimension noted in the specs helps plan mounting height or cable reach. Integration with SmartThings allows automation alongside other compatible devices.

Questions about this item

What Wi-Fi router bands must I already have for the Clover 1012 cameras to connect?

The cameras support dual-band 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz Wi-Fi, so your router needs to broadcast on at least one of those frequencies.

Will the cameras work alongside my older 2.4 GHz-only smart plugs and sensors?

Yes, because the Clover 1012 uses both 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz bands, it can share the 2.4 GHz network with legacy devices without forcing them onto 5 GHz.

How can I confirm the 2K colour night vision is active after I mount the cameras?

Open the app live view in a darkened room; the feed should show full-colour 2K video instead of switching to monochrome infrared.
