Indoor Outdoor 2K Wireless Camera

The Clover BC211 is a corded electric surveillance camera built for indoor and outdoor use. It captures 2K resolution video and provides colour night vision up to 33 ft. A magnetic base, 3M adhesive plate and screw kit give multiple mounting options without mandatory drilling. The Kiwibit app handles live view and motion alerts on Android devices.

2.4 GHz WiFi Practical Limits

The camera connects only to 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi networks using WPA2 or mixed-mode security. It will not join 5 GHz bands, so router compatibility must be checked before installation. Wireless range depends on local interference and building materials, which may reduce effective coverage from the rated distance. A 9.8 ft USB power cable is included to bridge outlet gaps.

2K Resolution Storage Headroom

2K video delivers sharp detail with 3× digital zoom for closer inspection of people, pets, vehicles or packages. Continuous recording quickly fills local SD cards, while cloud retention requires a Kiwibit Plus subscription at $4.49 per month. Without a plan, only live viewing and basic playback are available. Buyers needing extended cloud archives or multi-camera AI detection will hit the free tier limits.

Questions about this item

Should I choose the BC211 model or another version for 2K resolution and IP65 rating?

The BC211 model provides 2K video resolution and an IP65 weatherproof rating, so it covers both requirements in a single unit.

What does the 2K resolution actually deliver when the camera is mounted outdoors?

It captures crystal-clear 2K video with 3× digital zoom and full-colour night vision up to 33 ft, even in total darkness.

How does the 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi interface limit performance in practice?

The camera connects only to 2.4 GHz networks with WPA2 security, so it will not join 5 GHz bands but works with most common router settings.
