Two-Pack Wireless Surveillance

The Clover LY-CG6-CA kit supplies two battery-powered cameras for indoor or outdoor monitoring. Each unit captures 2K UHD video at 1920p resolution and connects to a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network through the Vicohome app. The pair suits homeowners who want flexible placement without wiring constraints.

Sustained Operation on Battery

A full charge delivers roughly 2000 to 2400 motion-triggered recordings of ten seconds each before the battery needs recharging. Longer clips consume more power, so actual longevity varies with activity levels, signal strength and ambient temperature. Basic motion alerts function without a subscription, while person, vehicle, pet and package recognition plus custom activity zones require a paid plan.

Weatherproof Build and Mounting Options

The IP65-rated housings resist rain, snow and dust, allowing permanent outdoor installation. Each camera includes mounting screws for wall, ceiling or desktop attachment and offers 3x digital zoom plus dual night-vision modes: infrared for black-and-white clarity and white-light for full-colour footage. Two-way audio lets users speak through the app in real time.

Questions about this item

How long will the rechargeable battery last if the camera records all day?

A full charge supports 2,000–2,400 motion triggers of 10-second videos. Continuous recording drains the battery faster; actual life depends on motion frequency, Wi-Fi signal strength, and temperature.

Does the camera need a 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network to operate?

Yes, it connects only to 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi. If your router uses a single name for both bands, separate the 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz networks in the router settings so the camera can join.

Will the IP65-rated housing protect the camera if I mount it under existing eaves alongside older wired cameras?

The IP65 rating means the camera is dust-tight and protected against water jets, so it can share a mounting location with older wired cameras as long as each unit has its own power source and Wi-Fi reach.
