Garage security camera

The Clover myQ-SGC2WCH is a wireless surveillance camera built for garage monitoring. It captures 1080p video at 30 frames per second with a 130° wide-angle lens and a manually adjustable 360° swivel. Night vision and HDR support clear footage in low light, while two-way audio enables communication through the myQ app.

Homeowners with myQ garage systems

This camera suits users who want live and recorded video linked to their existing myQ garage door opener. Bluetooth simplifies the initial connection to the app. The magnetic base attaches to metal surfaces, and an adhesive strip is included for other spots. Buyers who need continuous local recording without a subscription should consider other options.

Subscription video storage

Recorded clips are saved through an optional myQ video storage plan offering 7- or 30-day playback with a free 30-day trial. Without a plan, only live viewing and motion notifications are available. The camera operates on AC power and is rated for temperatures from -4°F to 122°F.

Questions about this item

Should I choose the 130° lens or the 140° wide-angle view?

The camera uses a 130° wide-angle lens; the 140° figure appears in marketing highlights but the specification lists 130°.

What does the 1080p resolution deliver on my phone?

You get 1080p HD video at 30 frames per second with HDR and night vision for clear day and night viewing in the myQ app.

What does the Bluetooth connection actually do?

Bluetooth is used only for the initial setup to pair the camera with the myQ app; the camera then streams video over Wi‑Fi.
