Wireless solar camera with 360° coverage

The Clover RBX-S40 is a battery-powered outdoor surveillance camera that charges from an integrated solar panel. It streams 2K resolution video over Wi-Fi and offers colour night vision when the built-in spotlight is activated. The unit mounts on a wall and is rated IP65 for weather resistance.

App-guided setup with 2.4 GHz requirement

Installation is wire-free, so the camera can be placed wherever sunlight reaches the panel. The companion smartphone app controls the 355° horizontal and 100° vertical rotation for a 360° field of view. A 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi band is required for the initial connection; if the router only broadcasts 5 GHz the camera will not pair.

Suits homes wanting wire-free perimeter monitoring

This model fits households that need a single self-powered camera covering a wide outdoor area without running cables. Buyers who want continuous recording without a subscription should look elsewhere, because cloud storage beyond the free tier is paid. The camera also does not support wired Ethernet or local NAS recording.
