What this camera does

The Clover S480-5 is a tiny wireless surveillance module that captures 4k video at 30fps with digital auto-focus. It is intended for indoor monitoring such as baby watching or general security where a discreet, battery-powered device is preferred.

Power and runtime

A built-in 2500mAh battery provides up to six hours of continuous 4k recording on a full charge and the unit can record while charging. Motion detection starts recording automatically and overwrites the oldest files when the inserted 64 to 256GB card fills up.

How it fits a setup

The camera operates without Wi-Fi or an app, using a four-button remote for power, continuous recording, photo capture and motion detection toggles. It accepts microSD cards from 64 to 256GB and frees you from network configuration or cloud subscriptions.

Questions about this item

How do I install the Clover S480-5 and pair the remote control without Wi-Fi?

Place the camera freestanding indoors, insert a 64-256GB SD card, connect the external 2500mAh battery, then press the power button on the four-button remote to start recording.

What maintenance will the Clover S480-5 need over time?

Recharge the 2500mAh battery after roughly 6 hours of 4K recording; the camera supports recording while charging. Manage SD card capacity as new footage overwrites the oldest files when full.

What limit appears first during sustained 4K recording on the Clover S480-5?

The 2500mAh battery lasts about 6 hours of continuous 4K capture at 30fps, so power runs out before the 256GB SD card fills at roughly 9-10GB per hour.
