This DisplayPort KVM switch lets two computers share two monitors and four USB 3.0 peripherals. It is built for users who need to control a pair of systems from a single keyboard, mouse and dual-screen setup. Switching is handled by front-panel buttons or the included wired remote controller. No software or driver installation is required for operation.

DisplayPort-Only Connectivity With Resolution Limits

The unit accepts only native DisplayPort signals; HDMI ports, docking stations and adapter cables are not supported. Each computer must connect with two DisplayPort cables and one USB cable to enable dual-screen output. Maximum supported output is 8K at 60 Hz or 4K at 120 Hz, with backward compatibility down to 1080p. Cables are not included, so both source and display must provide the required DisplayPort links.

Four USB 3.0 Ports Shared at 5 Gbps

Four downstream USB 3.0 ports provide up to 5 Gbps aggregate bandwidth and are backward compatible with USB 2.0, 1.1 and 1.0. All four ports can be active simultaneously for keyboards, mice, printers, scanners or flash drives. The supplier notes that hard drives and SSDs cannot be used on these ports. The switch draws power from a supplied 5 V USB cable and measures 14.33 in wide, 12.83 in high and 9.06 in deep.
