Connects a PC to a monitor or projector with 15-pin VGA and 3.5 mm audio in one 6 ft cable, supporting resolutions up to 1920x1200 and 1080p with gold-plated connectors
Length 6 ft.
This 6 ft CMPLE cable combines a male-to-male VGA video link with a 3.5 mm stereo audio line in a single assembly. It suits users connecting a PC or laptop to a monitor or projector that accepts a 15-pin VGA port and a separate audio input. The integrated design reduces cable clutter behind the desk. Gold-plated connectors and bare copper conductors are used for signal integrity.
The VGA portion supports resolutions including 800x600, 1024x768, 1600x1200, 1080p and 1920x1200. A low-loss construction aims to reject RF and EM interference during normal operation. The attached audio lead extends 24 inches from the VGA connector, allowing flexible routing to the monitor audio jack. Thumbscrews on the HD15 plugs secure the video connection.
This cable replaces separate VGA and 3.5 mm audio runs when the display provides both interfaces. It is not suited for setups requiring digital video interfaces such as HDMI or DisplayPort, nor for installations needing longer runs beyond the supplied length. Buyers whose source or display lacks a 15-pin VGA port will need a different connection method.

Other versions of this model
Tighten the thumbscrews on both HD15 plugs by hand until snug; skipping this leaves the connection loose and can cause signal drop-out.
The 3.5mm mini-plug ends or the 24-inch audio tail can wear from repeated plugging; the VGA portion has no moving parts.
At 1920x1200 (WUXGA) the longer run is most prone to high-frequency attenuation compared with lower modes such as 1024x768.
