CODi Centro 1202 Docking Station

The CODi Centro 1202 is a USB-C docking station built for professionals who need to expand a single laptop port into a full desktop workstation. It delivers up to 100W of power to keep the host machine charged while driving external displays and peripherals through one cable.

Installation and common issues

Connection is straightforward: plug the USB-C cable into a compatible host port that supports video output and power delivery. Problems usually appear when the laptop port lacks DisplayPort Alt Mode or cannot accept 100W charging, resulting in no video signal or limited power. Driver updates and checking the host specifications resolve most of these conflicts.

Capacity and headroom

Multi-Stream Transport allows the dock to drive multiple monitors from a single video stream, handling typical dual-display office layouts with ease. The 100W power budget covers most ultrabooks and thin-and-light laptops, but larger mobile workstations that demand more than 100W will not charge at full speed or may drain under heavy load.
