Cognex DataMan 370 Fixed-Mount Scanner

The Cognex DMR-374X-MAX DataMan 370 is a fixed-mount barcode reader built for industrial identification tasks. It uses a 1/1.8" CMOS sensor with a 2048 x 1536 resolution to capture 1D and 2D codes. Acquisition speeds reach up to 80 Hz for high-throughput lines. Multiple liquid lens and C-mount options provide focal length flexibility.

Suited for Automated Inspection Stations

This reader suits production lines needing reliable code capture at fixed stations with variable working distances. The 360-degree indicator and multifunctional LEDs give immediate visual feedback to operators. Buyers who need a handheld form factor or wireless mobility should look at something else. Applications requiring integrated lighting beyond the external control port will need additional equipment.

M12 Connectors and SD Card Storage

Installation uses keyed M12 connectors for Ethernet, power supply and external light control, reducing wiring errors. An SD card slot allows local image logging or firmware updates without a PC connection. The liquid lens modules autofocus electronically, simplifying setup for changing code sizes. Ensure the selected lens focal length matches the required field of view before mounting.
