Extra-Wide Camping Cot for Tall Adults

The Coleman Pack-Away Big n Tall cot is built for campers up to 6 ft 6 in tall and supports a maximum load of 300 lb. Its steel frame delivers a stable sleeping platform for commercial or residential use. A removable side table with cup holder keeps essentials within reach.

Sleeping Area and Frame Capacity

The sleeping surface measures 80 x 32 in, giving ample room for taller users to stretch out. Overall dimensions are 80 x 44 x 17 in, so the cot fits inside larger tents or sheltered areas. The steel frame handles the rated 300 lb limit; heavier occupants or paired sleepers will exceed capacity.

Upgrade from Standard Cots

This model replaces narrower cots that leave taller adults with feet hanging off the end or hips pressed against rails. The jump is worth it when you need the full 80 in length and 32 in width for uninterrupted sleep. Campers who need a more compact folded size or lighter carry weight should look elsewhere.

Questions about this item

Will the 80 x 32 in sleeping area accommodate my 6 ft 6 in frame without my feet hanging off?

Yes, the 80 in length matches the stated height limit so a 6 ft 6 in sleeper fits fully on the 80 x 32 in surface.

How can I verify the steel frame is correctly locked after unfolding?

Press down firmly on the centre; the frame should not flex and the side rails must sit flush with the 17 in height.

Does the package include the removable side table with cup holder and the carry bag?

Both the removable side table with cup holder and the carry bag are included in the box.
