Questions about this item

How do I secure my MP3 player inside the case so it does not shift?

Place the player in the main compartment and fasten the elastic strap over it; the strap holds the device firmly against the soft fabric and two layers of anti‑shock bubble padding.

What parts of the case might wear out first and need attention?

The elastic retaining strap and the carabiner clip are the only moving parts; repeated stretching or clipping can loosen the strap or weaken the spring gate over time.

What is the thickest device this case can actually close around?

The interior depth is .79 in, so any player thicker than that will prevent the lid from closing properly.
