1.5L Double-Wall Electric Kettle

This COMFEE electric kettle holds 1.5 litres of water and uses a 1500W element to bring it to a boil. The double-wall construction keeps the outer surface cool while the 304 stainless steel interior, lid and spout ensure no plastic contacts the water. It suits anyone who wants fast, clean-tasting hot water for tea, coffee or instant meals.

Thermals, noise and power draw

The 1500W heater operates on a 120V supply and boils a full 1.5L load in roughly 36 minutes. Double-wall insulation retains heat after boiling, reducing the need for re-heating and improving energy efficiency. Automatic shut-off and boil-dry protection cut power instantly when the water reaches boiling point or if the kettle runs dry, keeping operation quiet and safe.

304 stainless steel interior

Every surface that touches water — interior, lid and spout — is made from 304 stainless steel, so there is no plastic taste or leaching. Buyers who need a larger capacity or a variable-temperature control for specialty teas will not find those functions on this model. The wide dual-stage lid opening allows easy filling and descaling without special tools.

Questions about this item

How do I set up the COMFEE CKT001 kettle on its base, and what is the common mistake?

Place the 1.5L kettle squarely on the included digital base so the 120V power contacts align; the step people miss is ensuring the base sits on a flat, dry surface before plugging in, otherwise the automatic shut-off may not engage correctly.

What ongoing care does the stainless-steel interior need, and when should I descale?

Wipe the 304 stainless-steel interior, lid and spout clean after each use; descale through the wide dual-stage lid opening whenever mineral build-up appears, using a vinegar or citric-acid solution followed by thorough rinsing.

How long can the 1500W element boil the full 1.5L before the safety cut-out activates?

The element brings 1.5L to a boil in about 36 minutes; once boiling is reached the automatic shut-off engages immediately, and boil-dry protection will also cut power if the kettle is switched on empty.
