Desktop Cash Calculator

The Comix FBA_C-2735 is a standard-function desktop calculator built for cash handling and daily office arithmetic. Its 12-digit LCD display shows long figures clearly, while the computer-style keys provide a comfortable touch for extended data entry. The champagne gold metal panel gives the unit a professional appearance suited to counter or desk use. Battery and solar power share the load, with an AA cell included for reliable operation.

Thermals Noise Power

The calculator draws negligible power from a single AA battery, supplemented by a solar strip that acts as auxiliary energy. No fan or active cooling is present, so the device runs completely silent during use. Heat output is imperceptible, making it suitable for continuous operation in quiet retail or office environments. The low energy demand means the included battery lasts for a long period before replacement.

Build Fit Requirements

The compact footprint of 7.2 by 6.2 by 1.8 inches fits easily on a crowded counter beside a register or receipt printer. No external cables or software are required, freeing up USB ports and eliminating driver concerns. The metal overlay resists daily wear, reducing the need for protective cases or frequent cleaning. Users who need programmable tax keys, currency conversion or connectivity to a POS system will require a more advanced model.

Questions about this item

How do I install the AA battery that comes with the Comix FBA_C-2735 calculator?

Open the battery compartment on the underside, insert the included AA battery observing the polarity markings, then close the cover; the solar panel works only as auxiliary power so the battery is required for a clear display.

What part will need replacement first on the Comix FBA_C-2735 during regular use?

The single AA battery that powers the calculator will need replacing when the 12-digit LCD dims; the solar panel only supplements power and cannot run the unit alone.

What is the first limitation you hit when using the Comix FBA_C-2735 for long calculation sessions?

The 12-digit display caps the maximum number you can enter or view; any result exceeding 12 digits will overflow and cannot be shown.
