Heavy Duty Pipe-to-Pipe Clamp Pair

This CommScope clamp pair joins two round members with outside diameters from 2-3/8 in to 5 in. The kit includes two clamps built from hot-dipped galvanised steel for corrosion resistance. Each clamp uses a 5/8 x 14 threaded rod to secure the connection. It suits antenna masts, tower sections or similar structural piping.

Upgrade from lighter clamps or single units

The heavy-duty construction replaces standard-duty fittings when the joint must carry higher wind or ice loads. Buying the pair ensures both sides of a splice are matched and tightened evenly. The jump is worth it when the installation sees sustained vibration or when the pipe span exceeds typical light-duty limits.

Limited to 2-3/8 in to 5 in outside diameters

Pipes smaller than the minimum or larger than the maximum cannot be clamped securely with this hardware. The 5/8 x 14 thread fixes the rod diameter and pitch, so alternative rod sizes are not compatible. Hot-dip galvanising protects the steel but adds thickness that may affect fit inside tight sleeves.
