Tall Pet Gate for Wide Openings

This pressure-mounted steel gate stands 36 in tall and adjusts to fit openings between 29.5 and 48.8 in wide. It provides a secure barrier for stairs, doorways and hallways. The auto-close hinge shuts the door by gravity and swings both ways for one-handed operation.

Critical Width Adjustment Range

The gate only fits openings measuring 29.5 to 48.8 in; measure the exact opening before ordering because the unit cannot be resized beyond this span. A 23.6 in walk-through section gives ample clearance for adults. Incorrect sizing will prevent proper latching and compromise safety.

Double-Lock Latch and Zip-Tie Notice

A double-lock button release adds a second safety step that small children cannot easily defeat. The factory-fitted zip ties on the frame must stay intact until installation is finished; cutting them early makes the gate unusable. A 2 mm gap between latch and frame is required for the auto-close to engage correctly.
