Offset Window Envelope for Tax Software

These envelopes measure 9½ by 12 inches and open on the short side in portrait orientation. They carry a First Class Blue Diamond border and feature two moisture-seal windows. The window positions line up with cover sheets produced by Ultra Tax, ATX, 1040 and Max software.

Simple Moisture-Seal Closure

Press the flap to activate the adhesive; no tape or separate moistener is required. Alignment errors occur when the cover sheet shifts inside the envelope before sealing, so verify window placement before pressing. The catalog-style construction resists tearing during handling.

Tax Preparers Sending First-Class Returns

Firms that print Ultra Tax, ATX, 1040 or Max cover sheets can drop finished returns straight into these envelopes. Offices needing larger expansion pockets, security tinting or peel-and-seal closures should consider other mailing supplies.

Questions about this item

How can I confirm the double windows line up with my Ultra Tax cover sheet after loading the envelopes?

Print a test cover sheet from Ultra Tax and hold it against an envelope; the two windows should frame the recipient and return addresses exactly.

What comes in the box and is anything else needed to seal them?

The box contains the envelopes only; moisture-seal flaps activate with water or a damp sponge, so no tape or glue is required.

Which version should I choose for 1040 forms printed in portrait orientation?

Select the 9½" x 12" open-end catalog envelopes with double windows and the First Class Blue Diamond border.
