Ledge Lock Adapter for MacBook Air M2

The Ledge Lock Adapter adds a standard cable-lock slot to the MacBook Air M2 without adhesive or chassis modification. It installs with a single screw and ships with the required hardware kit. The low-profile design keeps the laptop compatible with sleeves and bags.

Security interface limited to T-bar cable locks

The adapter accepts only standard T-bar cable locks, so it cannot be used with wedge-style or proprietary locking systems. No adhesive or permanent alteration is involved, meaning the MacBook retains its original finish and all port functionality. The mechanism relies on a patented securing method that engages when the lock is turned.

Replaces adhesive lock brackets and bulky clamp kits

Users move to this adapter when they need a removable, non-damaging anchor point that does not add noticeable bulk. It is not suited for environments that require a built-in Kensington Nano slot or for devices other than the MacBook Air M2. The jump is worth it when a clean, reversible installation is preferred over stick-on or clamp alternatives.
