This 16GB DDR4 2666MHz module is built for Lenovo ThinkCentre M725 SFF, M75s-1 SFF and ThinkStation P330 Tower systems. It installs as a single 288-pin DIMM running at 1.2V with CL19 timings. The unbuffered, non-ECC design matches the factory specification for these platforms.

16GB single module in a four-slot platform

Each stick provides 16GB using a 2Rx8 organisation. The board supports up to 64GB across four sockets so this module leaves three slots open for future expansion. Mixed modules will run at the speed of the slowest installed part or the CPU limit. A 64-bit operating system is required to address more than 4GB total.

Standard voltage and no heat spreader

The module operates at the standard 1.20V DDR4 voltage without a heat spreader. Power draw stays at the normal level for a 2666MHz unbuffered DIMM. Thermals and acoustics are governed by the system chassis and its cooling layout rather than the memory itself.
