32GB kit of four 8GB DDR3 1333 ECC registered DIMMs validated for Dell PowerEdge T410 servers
This 32 GB kit contains four 8 GB registered ECC DIMMs built for the Dell PowerEdge T410. Each module is a 240-pin DDR3 SDRAM rated at 1333 MHz with CL9 timing and 1.5 V operation. The kit targets administrators who need to expand a T410 to its 128 GB maximum using matched 2Rx4 modules.
Under continuous server workloads the registered buffer and ECC circuitry maintain data integrity while the modules run at their rated 1.5 V. When all four DIMMs populate a single CPU the memory controller operates at 1333 MHz; adding a second CPU and filling the second bank reduces speed to 1066 MHz, and populating quad-rank modules in both banks drops the rate further to 800 MHz.
Verify that the T410 currently runs registered ECC DIMMs, because mixing registered and unbuffered ECC is not supported. Confirm the installed Xeon model and existing bank population to predict whether the new modules will run at 1333 MHz, 1066 MHz or 800 MHz. Ensure all four sticks in this kit share the same rank and DRAM organisation for correct multi-channel operation.

Each module runs at 1.5 V; total system draw depends on the Xeon CPU and how many of the eight sockets are populated.
A compatible Xeon processor and an empty 240-pin DDR3 slot; the board supports up to 128 GB across eight sockets.
Quad-rank modules force the first bank to 1066 MHz and the second bank to 800 MHz, so mixed populations run slower.
