Dual-channel 4 GB DDR2-667 ECC kit validated for Intel S3200SH, S3210SH, SE7230CA1-E and SE7230NH1-E servers
This 4 GB kit contains two 2 GB DDR2 modules built for Intel S3200SH, S3210SH, SE7230CA1-E and SE7230NH1-E servers. ECC protection and unregistered operation match the platform requirements exactly. It is not for desktops, workstations or any system that needs registered DIMMs or a different DDR generation.
Each module runs at the standard 1.8 V DDR2 voltage with no heat spreader, so power draw stays low in normal server workloads. Passive cooling from chassis airflow is sufficient; no extra fan or active cooling is required. Noise remains at the level of the existing system fans.
The two sticks fill two of the four available slots and raise total memory toward the 8 GB platform maximum. ECC capability lets the server detect and correct single-bit errors, improving data integrity for always-on workloads. No software or drivers are included; the modules are ready to install and recognised by the system BIOS.
Measured against everything we stock in Model-Specific Memory Upgrades, at today’s prices. Recalculated every night.

Power down the server, open the chassis, align each module's notch with the slot key, and press firmly until both retention clips click; the step often missed is seating both modules in the correct channel pair so the board recognises the full 4 GB.
No routine maintenance is required; if a module fails the ECC logic will report corrected errors in the system log, at which point the faulty stick should be replaced with an identical 2 GB DDR2 667 CL5 1.8 V 2Rx8 DIMM.
The platform's maximum of 8 GB across four sockets is reached with two of these kits, so capacity is the first ceiling; bandwidth is capped at the DDR2 667 data rate and CL5 latency.
