4GB DDR4 SODIMM running at 2666MHz with CL19 timings and 1.2V operation for laptop upgrades
This 4 GB DDR4 SODIMM uses the 260-pin layout and runs at 2666 MHz with CL19 timings. It is built for laptops and small-form-factor systems that accept DDR4 SO-DIMM modules. The single-rank 1Rx8 organisation keeps electrical loading low for broad platform compatibility.
It replaces an existing DDR4 SODIMM of lower capacity or slower speed when the platform supports 2666 MHz operation. The jump is worthwhile when the current memory limits multitasking headroom or forces the system to use slower storage for paging. Mixing with other DDR4 modules will cause all memory to run at the slowest installed speed.
The module operates at the standard 1.2 V and is unbuffered and non-ECC, matching typical consumer notebook requirements. A 64-bit operating system is needed to address more than 4 GB of total system memory. Installing matched pairs enables dual-channel bandwidth where the platform supports it.

Yes, the module uses the standard 260-pin DDR4 SODIMM form factor used by most laptops and small-form-factor PCs.
Insert the stick at roughly 30 degrees until the gold contacts disappear, then press down firmly until both side clips click into the notches.
Replace it if memory diagnostics report errors, if the system becomes unstable under load, or when you upgrade to a higher-capacity kit.
