This 512MB DDR 333 SODIMM is built for Lexmark C534, C540, C543, C544, C770 and C772 series printers. It installs in a 100-pin slot to increase the system memory available for print jobs and font handling. The module is unbuffered, non-ECC and runs at 2.5V.

DDR 333 PC2700 Interface Limits

The DDR 333 (PC 2700) standard tops out at 333 MHz with a typical CL2.5 latency and 2.5V operation. Bandwidth and timing are fixed by the JEDEC specification, so the printer chipset cannot run this module faster or at lower latency. Systems limited to slower DDR speeds will down-clock the stick automatically.

100-Pin SODIMM Form Factor

Compatibility depends entirely on the 100-pin SODIMM socket and the printer's maximum of 512MB per slot. Lexmark models listed accept one or two such modules up to 1GB total. Printers that require 144-pin, 200-pin or DIMM modules cannot use this part.
