This 512 MB DDR 333 PC2700 module is built as a direct memory upgrade for Lexmark T644, T650 and T652 series printers. It uses a 100-pin SODIMM form factor with unbuffered, non-ECC chips running at 2.5 V. The stick installs into the printer’s existing memory slots to increase the available workspace for print jobs and fonts.

Capacity and headroom

Each socket accepts a maximum of 512 MB, and the printer supports two sockets for a total ceiling of 1 GB. This single module fills one slot completely, leaving the second socket open for a matching stick if the full 1 GB is required. Workloads that exceed the installed amount will fall back to slower internal buffering.
