A 64GB DDR4 SODIMM module running at 3200MHz with CL16 timing and 1.35V operation
This single 64 GB DDR4 SODIMM module delivers a large memory upgrade in one 260-pin stick. It targets laptops and compact systems that have a single slot available or need maximum density per slot. Buyers whose platforms require ECC or registered memory cannot use this unbuffered non-ECC design.
Operating at 1.35 V, the module draws modest power and generates little heat during typical workloads. Standard JEDEC voltage keeps thermal output low enough for passive cooling inside thin chassis. No active cooling or extra airflow is required beyond what the host system already provides.
The stick installs in any DDR4 SODIMM socket wired for 3200 MT/s operation at CL16 16-18-18 timings. A 64-bit operating system is needed to address the full capacity. Mixing with slower modules will force the entire memory subsystem to run at the lowest common speed.

Align the notch on the module with the slot key, press firmly until both side clips click, then verify the system detects the full 64GB in BIOS.
No routine maintenance is required; if errors appear, run a memory test and replace the module under the manufacturer's lifetime warranty against defects.
The CAS latency of 16 and 1.35V voltage set the timing and thermal envelope that govern sustained throughput.
