16 GB DDR3 kit with two 8 GB SO-DIMMs at 1333 MHz for the 15-inch 2011 MacBook Pro
This 16 GB kit contains two 8 GB DDR3 SO-DIMM modules rated at 1333 MHz with CL9 timing. It is built for the Apple MacBook Pro 15 inch Core i7 2.4 GHz Late 2011 model MD322LL/A. The unbuffered non-ECC sticks run at 1.5 V and use 204-pin connectors.
Installation requires removing the bottom case and pressing each module into the two memory slots until they click. The most common issue is a module not fully seated, which causes the Mac to beep on startup or show less than 16 GB. Reseating both sticks usually resolves the problem.
This kit is validated only for the Late 2011 15 inch MacBook Pro with model number MD322LL/A. It is not for earlier 2011 models, later Retina models, 13 inch models or any non-Apple laptops. Confirm your Mac's exact identifier in About This Mac to avoid a mismatch.
