A 2 GB DDR2 667 MHz SODIMM module for HP/Compaq nc4400, nc6320 and nc6400 notebooks
This 2GB module is built for HP and Compaq business notebooks nc4400, nc6320 and nc6400. It uses a 200-pin DDR2 SO-DIMM form factor running at 667MHz with CL5 timing. The stick is unbuffered, non-ECC and operates at 1.8V.
Buyers with laptops requiring a different pin count, voltage or memory generation cannot use this module. Systems that only accept registered or ECC memory are also incompatible.
The kit contains one 2GB rank 2Rx8 module rated at PC2-5300. Maximum supported capacity for these notebooks is 4GB across two sockets, so a second identical stick would be required to reach that limit.

Yes, the module is a 200-pin DDR2 SO-DIMM and requires an available SODIMM slot in one of those notebooks.
The notebook will operate both modules at the lower 533 MHz speed, so the upgrade remains stable.
Open System Information in Windows or check the BIOS main screen; both list total installed memory and will show the added 2 GB.
