It installs in a 288-pin DIMM slot and runs at the standard 1.2 V. The stick is unbuffered and non-ECC with a 2Rx8 organisation. Buyers who need ECC or registered memory cannot use this module.

Standard voltage and latency

At 1.2 V the module draws the normal DDR4 power envelope and produces no extra heat beyond the chips themselves. CAS latency is CL17 with 17-17-17 timings, so the memory controller operates at its rated speed without additional voltage. There is no heat spreader, so airflow over the PCB is the only cooling path.
