Universal three-ring silicone lid

The Comtim pet food can cover is a single flexible lid with three concentric rings measuring 2.5, 2.9 and 3.3 inches. It stretches to fit standard 3 oz, 5.5 oz, 5.8 oz, 12.5 oz, 12.7 oz, 13 oz and 13.2 oz cans. Made from 100 percent food-grade silicone, it is BPA free, dishwasher safe, microwave safe and freezer safe.

Replaces loose foil or ill-fitting plastic caps

The lid grips the can rim to create an airtight seal that keeps wet food fresh longer and stops odours spreading inside the fridge. The jump is worth it when you open multiple can sizes daily and want one reusable cover that eliminates the need for disposable wrap or mismatched lids.

Check your can rim diameter before ordering

The three inner diameters cover the most common pet food cans, but non-standard or oversized rims may not seal. Ensure your cans fall within the 2.5 to 3.3 inch range and that the silicone material is acceptable for your pet's feeding routine.

Questions about this item

What can diameters do the three rings of this Comtim lid fit?

The three rings have inner diameters of 2.5", 2.9" and 3.3" and stretch slightly to fit standard 3 oz, 5.5 oz and 12 oz pet food cans.

How do I put the silicone lid on the can and what step do people miss?

Stretch the appropriate ring over the can rim so the flexible silicone grips tightly; the step often missed is pressing the ring fully down to create an airtight seal.

When should I replace the silicone cover?

Replace it if the silicone tears, loses its stretch or no longer seals the can rim tightly; the BPA-free material is dishwasher-safe and freezer-safe for long-term reuse.
