Questions about this item

What does the EN 1082-1 standard mean for protection in a real kitchen?

EN 1082-1 certifies the stainless steel chainmail construction meets European requirements for cut resistance in hand knives, so the glove protects against blade slashes during food prep or deboning.

How does the ambidextrous design affect the fit on either hand?

The glove is shaped to fit both left and right hands without a dedicated thumb orientation, letting you switch hands quickly during repetitive cutting tasks.

Will the orange nylon cuff at the wrist stay secure during heavy use?

The nylon cuff sits at the wrist with a colour-coded orange band that identifies the XL size and helps keep the chainmail body from sliding during vigorous cutting motions.
