Condor 19F381 Full Body Harness

The Condor 19F381 is a vest-style full body harness built for workers in construction and general industry who need reliable fall protection. Its universal sizing fits a broad range of body types without requiring multiple size codes. Steel D-rings at the back and hips provide secure attachment points for positioning and fall arrest systems. The blue polyester webbing offers high visibility on busy job sites.

Sustained load performance

Rated to a 425 lb weight capacity, the harness maintains its structural integrity during prolonged suspension or positioning tasks. The polyester construction resists stretching under continuous tension, keeping the fit consistent throughout a full shift. Mating buckles on the chest and torso straps stay locked under vibration and movement, preventing accidental loosening. Tongue buckles on the leg straps allow quick adjustment without slippage when loaded.

425 lb capacity limit

The 425 lb maximum capacity is the single figure that determines whether this harness suits a specific worker with tools and gear. Anyone whose combined body weight and equipment load exceeds this limit must select a higher-rated harness. No RFID tracking is included, so asset management relies on manual inspection records. The lack of integrated padding means users may want separate comfort layers for extended wear.

Questions about this item

How much heat does the harness generate when worn all day?

The harness is a passive polyester vest with no electronics, so it produces no heat of its own; only body heat and ambient temperature affect comfort.

What anchor points or lanyards must I already own to use this harness?

You need compatible connectors for the steel D-rings on the back and hips, plus a positioning lanyard or rope grab rated for the 425 lb capacity.

Will the universal sizing fit over the heavy winter coat I already use on site?

The universal S/M/L torso and leg straps adjust with mating buckles, allowing the vest to be worn over bulky outerwear while keeping the D-rings accessible.
