The Condor 3BB64 liner fits under a hard hat to cover the ears, head and neck. Its universal size adjusts with hook-and-loop closures for a secure fit. The blue cotton outer and lining use a 210 g/sq m fabric weight across three layers. This reusable pad is designed for workers who need added comfort and warmth in cooler conditions.

Replaces Basic Sweatbands and Single-Layer Pads

A standard sweatband only absorbs moisture at the brow. This liner adds full ear, head and neck coverage with three cotton layers for insulation. The jump is worth it when the job site exposes workers to wind or low temperatures for extended periods. It attaches directly to the helmet suspension without tools.

Hook-and-Loop Attachment Limits Adjustment Range
