Exit Sign Light Kit 14 by 10 Inches

The Condor 480G90 is a horizontal rectangular exit sign light kit constructed from aluminum. It measures 14 inches wide by 10 inches high and features a white finish. The sign displays the word Exit with an arrow symbol in black on a white background. It is printed on a single side and uses English text.

Suited for Standard Exit Marking

This kit suits facilities needing a code-compliant exit indicator with a simple arrow legend. Buyers who require illuminated lettering, battery backup, or double-sided visibility should look at other options. The product carries a California Proposition 65 notice regarding reproductive-harm chemicals.

Single-Sided Legend Decides Fit

The single-sided printed legend determines whether this unit matches the mounting location. Corridors or doorways that need the exit message visible from both directions will need a different sign configuration. Verify the viewing-angle requirement before ordering.

Questions about this item

How often does the battery in the 480G90 exit sign need replacing?

The unit runs on AC power with a built-in battery backup; typical sealed lead-acid cells last three to five years before replacement is needed.

What component reaches its limit first during continuous operation?

The battery backup is the first limiting factor — after extended discharge cycles its capacity drops and the sign can no longer meet the 90-minute emergency run requirement.

How much heat or noise does the 480G90 produce when lit all day?

The LED lamp draws only a few watts, so the aluminum housing stays cool to the touch and the sign operates silently with no audible fan or hum.
