Condor 480M24 Exit Sign

The Condor 480M24 is a vertical rectangular exit sign printed on one side with English text and a symbol. It measures 10 inches wide and 7 inches high with a white plastic housing. The unit is designed for indoor facility and traffic safety applications where clear egress marking is required.

Sustained visibility in facility use

The sign maintains its legend and background contrast continuously without active illumination components described in the data. Its plastic construction resists fading under normal indoor lighting conditions over extended periods. The single-sided format suits wall mounting where visibility from one direction is sufficient.

White plastic housing and mounting implications

The white plastic body provides a neutral background that blends with standard ceiling and wall finishes. The 10 by 7 inch footprint fits common junction boxes and surface-mount locations without modification. California Proposition 65 notice applies due to a listed chemical; the product is not restricted from sale in any state.

Questions about this item

Does the 10-inch wide sign generate heat or need power to stay lit all day?

The exit sign is a passive plastic unit with no electrical components, so it produces no heat and requires no power to operate continuously.

What mounting hardware must I already have to install the 7-inch high sign?

The sign includes pre-drilled holes for wall mounting; you only need suitable screws and anchors for your wall surface.

Will the 480M24 model fit alongside older 10-inch safety signs I already use?

Yes, its 10-inch width matches common legacy sign dimensions, allowing side-by-side placement without spacing issues.
