Condor Full Body Harness S 425 lb

The Condor full body harness in size small supports a 425 lb weight capacity and uses a vest style with integrated padding on the back, legs and shoulders. Quick connect buckles on the chest and leg straps allow fast donning and doffing. A steel D ring at the back and hip D rings provide positioning attachment points for construction and general industry work.

Before ordering check fit and attachment needs

Verify the small size matches the wearer torso and leg measurements for a secure fit. Confirm that the back and hip D ring locations suit your positioning system and that quick connect buckles are compatible with your existing lanyards or lifelines. Ensure the 425 lb capacity covers the combined weight of the user, tools and any attached equipment.

Under sustained load the harness distributes force

The back, leg and shoulder padding spreads pressure during prolonged positioning or suspension. Mating torso adjustment keeps the harness centred when weight shifts. Steel D rings maintain integrity through repeated loading cycles without deformation. The vest construction resists riding up during extended wear in construction and general industry environments.

Questions about this item

What comes in the box and do I need to buy a lanyard or anchorage separately?

The harness ships with quick-connect chest and leg buckles plus padding on the back, legs and shoulders. A lanyard, lifeline or anchorage connector is not included and must be purchased separately.

How do I decide between the Small size and a larger one if the only capacity listed is 425 lb?

The 425 lb rating applies to every size. Choose Small when your chest and torso measurements fall within the manufacturer’s Small range; move up a size if you exceed those measurements.

What does the 425 lb rating mean when I am actually wearing the harness on a job site?

It is the maximum combined weight of the user, tools and clothing that the harness is certified to support during a fall arrest event when properly anchored.
