Hard Hat Liner for Head and Neck
The Condor hard hat liner fits under a standard hard hat to cover the ears, face, head and neck. Blue cotton fabric weighs 250 g per square metre and uses a three-layer construction. Hook-and-loop adjustment and attachment keep the liner in place. The universal size suits most workers.
Replaces Basic Sweatbands or No Liner
Workers who currently rely on a thin sweatband or wear no liner gain full ear, face and neck coverage with this pad. The jump is worth it when the job site exposes skin to sun, wind or abrasive dust for full shifts. Reusable cotton can be washed and returned to service repeatedly.
Hook-and-Loop Attachment Limits
The liner attaches only by hook-and-loop straps inside the hard hat shell. If the helmet lacks compatible loop surfaces or has an unusual crown shape, the pad may shift or detach. No cooling system is built in, so the three cotton layers add insulation in hot conditions. US CFR 16 Part 1610 applies to the fabric flammability rating.

The liner is sized universal and uses hook-and-loop adjustment to fit most standard hard hat shells.
How do I attach the liner to my hard hat?
Align the hook-and-loop pads on the liner with the matching strips inside the hard hat and press firmly; the step often missed is ensuring all three layers lie flat before securing.
