White Flush Mount Phone Wall Plate

The CONNECT IT 20-520WH provides a white modular duplex jack for standard telephone wiring. It mounts flush to the wall for a clean installation. The plate connects directly to existing phone wires to add a connection point. This accessory suits residential or office environments needing a simple landline outlet.

Installers adding a single phone jack

This plate suits anyone adding one modular phone outlet to a room. It is not for installers who need multiple ports on a single faceplate. Buyers requiring surface-mount or weatherproof housings should look at a different product style. Users connecting data networks or coaxial cables need a different jack type entirely.

Questions about this item

Will the duplex jack work with my existing four-conductor telephone wiring?

The modular phone duplex jack accepts standard telephone wire connections, so your existing four-conductor wiring can be terminated on the jack's screw terminals for two separate lines.

How can I confirm both ports are active after mounting the wall plate?

Plug a known-working telephone into each port and verify dial tone on both lines; the flush-mount plate holds the modular jacks securely so a solid connection indicates correct termination.
