Drone accessory cable
The Connex by Amimon cable connects an Air Unit Transmitter to a GoPro using a Mini-HDMI plug with a securing screw and a right-angled Micro-HDMI end. The 50cm length gives enough slack for flexible mounting while keeping the run short enough to avoid snagging on frame parts. It is built for the vibration and movement of regular flight operations.
Replaces generic HDMI leads
Standard straight cables often protrude too far from the camera body and lack a locking mechanism, so they work loose under propeller wash or hard landings. This cable is worth fitting when the camera sits close to the frame or points away from the pilot, because the right-angle Micro-HDMI and screw-on Mini-HDMI stay seated in tight bays.
Mini-HDMI and Micro-HDMI limits
Both connectors are rated for standard consumer HDMI bandwidth and are not designed for repeated mating cycles in dusty or wet environments. The screw thread only engages the Mini-HDMI side, so the Micro-HDMI end relies on friction alone and can back out if the airframe flexes sharply. The 50cm length also prevents routing the transmitter far from the camera.

Questions about this item
Will the 50 cm cable reach from my Air Unit Transmitter to the GoPro mount without pulling tight?
The 50 cm length gives enough slack for typical transmitter-to-camera spacing on a drone frame while keeping the run short enough to avoid snagging on props or landing gear.
How do I secure the Mini-HDMI end so it does not vibrate loose during flight?
Tighten the captive screw on the Mini-HDMI connector by hand until the plug seats firmly; the screw threads into the transmitter port and prevents the cable from working free under vibration.
The right-angled Micro-HDMI plug sits flush against my GoPro body — will repeated mating wear the port out?
The angled Micro-HDMI head is rated for normal insert-cycle life; if the port ever feels loose, replace the cable rather than forcing the connection.
