What this tablet is for

The Contixo v8-2 pink tablet runs Android 11 on a 1.50GHz quad-core processor with 2GB memory and 32GB built-in storage. It is designed for children aged three to ten and comes preloaded with 50 Disney e-books, a kid-proof case, screen protector and stylus.

Connectivity limits

The device uses 802.11b/g/n wireless LAN and Bluetooth 5.0 for local connections. There is no cellular modem, so internet access requires a Wi-Fi network. The 7-inch 1024 x 600 display and 3100mAh battery provide up to six hours of typical use per charge.

Installation and common issues

The tablet arrives with the screen protector pre-applied and the protective case fitted, so initial setup is limited to charging, Wi-Fi sign-in and Google Family Link configuration. Some buyers report the 32GB storage fills quickly when multiple apps and media are downloaded, and the 0.3MP front camera produces grainy video calls.

Questions about this item

How do I choose between the pink model and the other colour options?

The pink version shares the same 2 GB memory, 32 GB storage, Android 11 and 1.5 GHz quad-core processor as every other colour; pick the shade your child prefers.

What does the 1024 x 600 resolution mean for everyday use on the 7" screen?

The 1024 x 600 HD panel shows Disney e-books, videos and learning apps clearly at this size; text stays readable and colours remain bright for ages 3 to 10.

What does Wi-Fi 802.11b/g/n with Bluetooth 5.0 cap in practice?

The 802.11b/g/n radio handles standard web browsing, app downloads and video streaming, while Bluetooth 5.0 pairs reliably with headphones or keyboards within normal room range.
