Three-pack for group play

This set includes three two-way radios so siblings or friends can stay in touch during backyard games, camping trips or indoor treasure hunts. The simple push-to-talk control and backlit LCD display make channel selection easy for children aged three to twelve. Each unit weighs 260 grams and measures 5.4 cm by 2.5 cm by 14.2 cm.

Range limits by terrain

The radios deliver up to 3 km in open areas, approximately 5001000 metres in suburban settings and 100500 metres in dense urban environments. Actual distance varies with buildings, weather and interference, so thick walls or heavy foliage will reduce the usable range.

Twenty-two channels and built-in light

Twenty-two selectable channels give enough options to find a clear frequency for small groups, while the integrated LED flashlight adds visibility for evening walks or tent play. The water-resistant ABS housing handles everyday drops, but the set is not designed for long-distance hiking or professional use where extended range or encryption are required.

Questions about this item

How do the three radios differ so I know which one to pick?

All three units are identical; each has a backlit LCD display, integrated flashlight, keypad lock and volume control, so any radio works the same way.

What does the 3 km range figure mean when the radios are actually used?

The 3 km claim applies only in open areas; expect roughly 5001000 m in suburban settings and 100500 m in cities because buildings, terrain and weather reduce the signal.

What interface do the radios use and what does it limit?

They operate on 22 pre-set channels using simple push-to-talk; you cannot add extra frequencies or connect external accessories beyond the supplied belt clips.
