Purpose and Audience

The Corn Electronics Bluetooth 4.1 neckband headset is a wireless sports headphone designed for active listeners who want cable-free music and calls during exercise. Its sweatproof build and secure over-ear fit suit runners, cyclists and gym users who need a lightweight option that stays in place during movement. The integrated microphone adds hands-free calling for commuters and remote workers on the go.

Upgrade Path

This headset replaces wired earbuds that tangle or fall out during workouts, and it upgrades older Bluetooth models that lack the CSR 8635 chipset’s faster transmission and lower latency. The jump is worth it when you need up to 12 hours of music playtime or 13.5 hours of talk time from a single 2.5-hour charge, plus a 120-hour standby window that covers several days between charges.

Interface Limits

Bluetooth 4.1 provides a stable wireless link up to 10 metres or 33 feet, so the source device must remain within that range for skip-free audio. The standard does not support multipoint pairing, meaning you cannot stay connected to two phones simultaneously. Audio quality is limited to the SBC codec, so high-resolution streams will be downsampled during playback.
