A DisplayPort 1.2 hub splits one signal into two HDMI 1.4 outputs at 4K 30 Hz, supports extended desktop on Windows and mirror mode on Mac, and includes a Micro USB power cable in a metal shell
This DisplayPort to dual HDMI MST hub takes one DisplayPort 1.2 source and splits it to two HDMI 1.4 outputs. It supports extended and mirror modes on Windows while Mac OS is limited to mirror mode only. The unit requires Micro USB power to operate and handles audio and video simultaneously.
Windows users needing two independent 4K@30Hz displays from a single DisplayPort will benefit from extended desktop support. Mac users cannot run extended desktops — only mirrored output is available. Buyers wanting 4K@60Hz on both screens simultaneously should look elsewhere as the HDMI 1.4 outputs limit dual 4K to 30Hz.
The hub delivers two 4K outputs at 30Hz each via HDMI 1.4, or a single 4K@60Hz stream when only one display is connected. This refresh-rate ceiling is fixed by the HDMI 1.4 outputs and cannot be exceeded regardless of the source capability.

Connect the DisplayPort male end to your computer, attach both HDMI monitors, then plug the included Micro USB power cable into a USB port — the device will not work without external power.
No user-serviceable parts exist; keep the Micro USB cable and connectors free of dust and avoid bending the cables sharply to maintain reliable contact.
Both HDMI 1.4 outputs are capped at 4K 30 Hz simultaneously; 4K 60 Hz is only available on a single display.
