Adjustable Foot Rest for Desk Use

This foot rest is a two-piece foam cushion designed for office workers and travellers who sit for long periods. It can be used under the feet or behind the knees to reduce pressure on the lower limbs. The stackable layers let you choose between two heights without tools.

Sustained Comfort and Stability

High-quality foam in the core resists collapsing during all-day use and keeps its supportive shape. A non-slip fabric bottom prevents the cushion from sliding on hard floors or carpet. The ergonomic curvature distributes weight evenly to relieve back, lumbar and knee discomfort over extended sessions.

Washable Cover and Versatile Mounting

A smooth zipper allows the fabric cover to be removed and machine washed for easy hygiene maintenance. Magic tapes between the 2.0" lower layer and 3.7" upper layer secure the pieces when stacked or let you use a single layer alone. The compact 16.9" by 11.2" footprint fits under most desks and in car footwells.

Questions about this item

Does the 16.9" x 11.2" foam core generate heat or noise during all-day use?

The foot rest has no powered components, so it produces no noise or heat. The foam core and breathable cover remain at ambient temperature during extended sitting periods.

What desk or chair setup is required for the 2.0" and 3.7" height layers to work properly?

No special furniture is needed. The non-slip bottom grips standard office flooring, and the two foam layers attach with hook-and-loop strips for use together or separately.

Will the 16.9" width fit alongside a older keyboard tray or monitor riser on a compact desk?

At 16.9" wide and 11.2" deep, the foot rest occupies minimal floor space and sits flat, so it clears most keyboard trays and monitor risers without interference.
