Corn Electronics G700 Gaming Keyboard

The Corn Electronics G700 is a full-size 104-key mechanical keyboard designed for gaming and daily typing. It uses linear Red switches that provide a quiet, smooth keystroke without a tactile bump. A magnetic suction palm rest attaches securely for wrist support during long sessions.

Sustained Use and Switch Feel

Red switches maintain consistent actuation force across extended gaming or work periods without the click fatigue associated with tactile or clicky alternatives. N-key rollover registers every simultaneous press accurately, preventing missed inputs during complex key combinations. The metal panel adds structural rigidity that resists flex under heavy hands.

Installation and Common Issues

The keyboard connects via a single USB wired cable and works immediately without driver installation on modern operating systems. The magnetic palm rest snaps into place but can detach if the keyboard is lifted by the rest alone. Hot-swap sockets allow switch replacement, though the process requires a puller tool not included in the package.

Questions about this item

Does the magnetic palm rest on this G700 stay cool during all-day gaming sessions?

The magnetic suction palm rest is designed for ergonomic comfort and detaches easily; it adds no active heating element so wrist temperature follows normal room conditions.

Must I already own a free USB-A port on my PC to plug in this wired G700 keyboard?

Yes, the G700 connects via a standard USB wired cable, so an available USB-A port on the computer is required for operation.

Will the 104-key layout and red linear switches on this G700 feel familiar if I keep my older membrane keyboard for office work?

The G700 uses a full 104-key layout with red linear mechanical switches, offering a consistent key count but a lighter, quieter keystroke feel than typical membrane boards.
