Adds two M.2 slots — NVMe M-key and NGFF B-key — to a PCIe 3.0 x4 slot with 12 V and 3.3 V power
This Corn Electronics JEYI SK7 adapter converts M-key NVMe SSDs to a PCIe 3.0 x4 slot and B-key NGFF SSDs to a SATA slot. It accepts drive lengths of 2230, 2242, 2260, 2280 and 110 mm. Tantalum capacitors provide 12V and 3.3V dual-voltage protection. No driver is required for operation.
The card suits desktop builders adding M.2 storage to a motherboard with PCIe x4, x8 or x16 slots and a SATA port. It is not for laptops or systems lacking a free PCIe slot. NVMe SSDs only support Windows 8 and 10, so older OS users should look elsewhere. NGFF SSDs work with nearly all systems.
The single specification that decides compatibility is the PCIe 3.0 x4 interface for NVMe M-key drives. Your motherboard must provide this slot and run Windows 8 or 10 for NVMe boot or storage. The SATA-connected B-key NGFF side works independently on almost any system.

Install the NVMe SSD into the M-key slot, seat the card in a PCIe x4, x8 or x16 slot, boot Windows 8 or 10, and confirm the drive appears in Disk Management or BIOS.
The card includes the dual-slot PCB with tantalum capacitors and mounting hardware; you must provide an M.2 NVMe (M-key) or NGFF (B-key) SSD in 2230, 2242, 2260, 2280 or 110 mm length.
A single JEYI SK7 card handles both: the M-key slot takes NVMe drives up to 2280, while the B-key slot accepts NGFF drives such as 2242, all on the same PCIe 3.0 x4 interface.
