Corn X8 Pro 40W portable speaker

This Corn Electronics speaker delivers 40W stereo output through two full-range drivers and dual passive radiators. It targets listeners who want loud, bass-forward audio for outdoor gatherings or indoor parties. Three EQ presets (pop, deep bass, vocal) let users tailor the sound signature without manual tuning. The IPX7 rating means it survives immersion up to 3.3 feet for 30 minutes.

Sustained output and battery behaviour

A 6600mAh cell provides up to 30 hours of playtime on a single charge, with Type-C replenishment in 3-4 hours. The 40W rating is continuous stereo power, not a momentary peak, so bass response remains consistent during long sessions. Pairing two units wirelessly doubles the system to 80W for larger spaces. Bluetooth 5 maintains a stable link without audible drop-outs during extended use.

Setup, pairing and common friction points

Single-speaker pairing is a standard Bluetooth handshake; stereo pairing requires pressing the TWS button on both units until they link, then connecting the host device once. The EQ button cycles through three fixed curves — there is no app or custom curve. LED lighting offers 7 colours and 6 modes but cannot be fully disabled from the speaker; covering the grille is the only way to kill the glow. AUX and TF card inputs work immediately without pairing.
