A 120mm PWM case fan with eight individually addressable RGB LEDs, AirGuide anti-vortex vanes, and a hydraulic bearing spinning at 550 to 1500 RPM for up to 47.73 CFM airflow at 26.5 dBA
Fan Size 120mm
Model 1 Pack
The Corsair iCUE SP120 RGB ELITE is a single 120mm case fan built around AirGuide anti-vortex vanes that concentrate airflow for intake, exhaust or radiator mounting. It spins from 550 to 1500 RPM, delivering 16.91 to 47.73 CFM at 1.46mm-H2O static pressure. Eight individually addressable RGB LEDs encircle the hub and shine through translucent blades. A hydraulic bearing keeps noise between 18 and 26.5 dBA. The fan connects via a standard 4-pin PWM header and requires a separate CORSAIR Digital Lighting Controller for iCUE software control.
This unit suits anyone expanding an existing iCUE SP RGB ELITE setup or building a new loop with a compatible lighting controller already on hand. It works as a case intake, exhaust or radiator fan thanks to the focused airflow design. Buyers who want a plug-and-play RGB fan without purchasing a separate lighting controller should look elsewhere. Systems without a 4-pin PWM header or without space for a 25mm thick 120mm frame cannot use this fan.
Installation uses the four supplied screws into standard 120mm mounting holes and a single 4-pin PWM connection to the motherboard or fan hub. The RGB cable must reach a CORSAIR Digital Lighting Controller, which is not included; forgetting that extra hardware is the most common reason the lighting stays dark. Cable routing can be tight in compact cases because the fan and lighting leads run separately. Once powered, iCUE detects the fan automatically for speed curves and lighting sync.

Other versions of this model
The fan requires a CORSAIR Digital Lighting Controller, sold separately, to connect to iCUE software for RGB control.
Yes, it shares the standard 120mm x 120mm x 25mm dimensions and 4-pin PWM connector used by most 120mm case fans.
In BIOS or monitoring software, check that the RPM reads between 550 and 1500 RPM with a tolerance of +/- 10%.
