Purpose-built stacking chair

The Cortech 86484-P RazorBack chair is a polypropylene stacking seat finished in Plum for offices, classrooms or waiting areas that need flexible seating. Its ligature-resistant design meets ANSI/BIFMA X 5.1 -2011 and ASTM F1561-03 standards for institutional safety. The frame supports a 500 lb weight capacity while remaining lightweight enough for quick reconfiguration. It arrives fully assembled so it is ready to use immediately.

Build integration

Each chair measures 20 in wide and 30 in high, allowing multiple units to stack vertically and free floor space when not in use. The one-piece polypropylene shell eliminates separate cushions or upholstery that can tear or retain moisture. Plum-coloured legs match the seat for a uniform appearance in rows or clusters. No tools or fasteners are required to deploy or store the chairs.

Bundled value

The product ships as a single assembled unit with no additional hardware, cushions or software included. Compliance with the cited ANSI and ASTM standards means the chair satisfies common procurement requirements for public-sector and healthcare projects. Buyers needing upholstered comfort, adjustable features or casters should consider other ranges. The stackable form factor reduces storage footprint without extra accessories.
