Essential Business Telephone

The Cortelco ITT-1201 is a corded desk phone built for everyday office communication. It provides reliable voice connectivity without requiring external power or network infrastructure. The handset offers adjustable volume control for comfortable extended use. Its red body colour makes it easily visible on a busy desk.

Upgrade from Basic Handsets

This model replaces simple single-line phones that lack memory dialling or call management features. The jump is worthwhile when staff need one-touch access to three priority numbers and ten two-touch locations. Tone and pulse switching ensures compatibility with different line types. A 90V message waiting indicator supports voicemail notification on compatible systems.

Simple Installation Steps

The telephone connects directly to a standard analogue line jack and mounts on a desk or wall with the supplied bracket. A built-in data port allows a secondary device such as a modem to share the line. Common issues include incorrect tone/pulse selection causing dialling failures. Verify the ringer volume switch is not set to the lowest position if calls seem silent.
